Diesel Technician Needed:

Come join our team at B&S Enterprises - A leading provider of agricultural equipment, rental, landscaping, grounds maintenance and utility markets. We are currently looking for someone to help in our service department. Working on all makes and models of tractors, mowers and utility equipment.
Duties may include:

  • Participates in all training programs.
  • Performs all service tasks as assigned by the Service Manager.
  • Perform diagnostics, service and repair units to the best of your ability.
  • Performs work in a neat and orderly fashion and maintain a clean work area.
  • Report any additional work required on equipment to the Service Manager.
  • Report all time logs, diagnosis and repairs on repair order.

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to use a computer, tablet and various types of diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to complete online and instructor led factory training.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Basic knowledge of diesel engine operation and repair.
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
  • Must have own tools some special tools are supplied for use.

Parts Associate Opportunities:

Come join our team at B&S Enterprises - A leading provider of agricultural equipment, landscaping, grounds maintenance and utility markets. We are currently looking for someone to help in our parts department. Helping customers, looking up parts, receiving and putting away orders and taking parts order's over the telephone are some of the things you will be doing.
Duties may include:

  • Ability to solve problems, yet use appropriate discretion in referring situations to other personnel.
  • Awareness of customer base and unique applications.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Service departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Crucial conversation and negotiation skills.
  • Provide superior customer service, in person and over the telephone.

Technical Skills:

  • Ability to set and manage priorities.
  • Basic retail and wholesale math skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and computer database knowledge not required but is preferred.
  • Must be knowledgeable of basic data entry, operations and must be able to learn company designated software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, email and business systems.
